Damage to the learning center, as well. IIRC that is part of the visitors center, which was basically at the base of one of the support towers (see one of my pictures in an earlier post). Not good at all.

I figured that a video would turn up, since they were expecting a collapse at some time in the not too distant future. I would have been surprised if they didn't have the site closely monitored.

I just saw that video. It is impressive and shows what happened. I'm sure that engineering students will be seeing that along with Galloping Gertie in their classes in the future.

It was meant as a joke playing off of the drone video thread here, but I believe FAA is in fact there. Unless their FSDO office in San Juan is just a front for a secret vacation getaway for civil servants.

There is definitely FAA here in Puerto Rico. Thats actually why I moved to PR. ATC though, not Flight standards.
