Tapatalk - how to start a new thread

I usually read PoA using the Tapatalk app on an iPad.

Previously, in Tapatalk, I could select a forum category, such as Technical Corner, and there would be something I could click to start a new thread, but now I can't find that. I recently updated my Tapatalk app after reformatting my ipad and installing iOS 8.1.

Any suggestions?

Press on the three dots next to the forum name and select New Topic
