Just after midnight Wednesday Annapolis police responded to a call for a sexual assault at the Maryland Inn, located at 16 Church Circle. As officers arrived they found Ms. Delgado crying in the hallway saying she "just wanted to go home."
At that point, they noticed large bricks of unwrapped, unpacked chocolate in her purse, spilling out onto the sofa she was sitting on.
