Girlfriend and I are having a discussion/argument that I will most likely lose (happy wife = happy life)

Which LOOKS better?

Lucky I'm not a ASI, I'd pull your ticket for even asking......BEAVER!

Besides that's your profile pic right lol

Beaver without a doubt. Looks better and would provide more of the type of fun and flying that I like.

I love a nice T-6/SNJ, but.....the Beaver does look prettier.

That said....neither are as beautiful as a G21 Goose.

Go with the beaver, one great airplane, but if you have a spare T6 I'll take it.

I love the T6. Not sure I could ever afford one. I'm not sure what you're asking? Can't keep both? Different missions. Just have to make it work.

Heresy, I'm sure, but I'm not really a fan of radials. So, neither.

Beaver for sure on looks/utility. However, that doesn't make a T-6 ugly by any means.

I'll go against the crowd and say, based on looks alone (since that's all you asked for), I like the T6 better. If I were going to buy, though, definitely the Beaver.

Which looks better? From what point of view? Just you and the gf/wife going, or you want to take the kids too? How far you going? You want to stop more times or fewer? You want to land on the lake or many miles away and drive there?

T-6 hands down. I had a SNJ for 8 years and wish I could afford another one. I've flown a Beaver a time or two and it's a cool airplane but not that exiting to fly. Don

Come to think of it, I've never seen a T-6 on floats...

If'n he'd post a pict of the particular beaver I could offer an opinion.

The Beaver is certainly more practical. But, Beaver is expensive and high maintenance.

Both are expensive to maintain especially if either has not been correctly maintained. They have completely different missions. I.e.:If your a backcountry type you certainly would not want a t6.

WHAT, sheesh..........a nice, clean, shiny, well taken care of beaver. who doesn't like that????

I'm thinking if you filtered out all the guys who just voted based on the name "Beaver" and adjusted the poll results accordingly, the scale would tip to the T6.

What's your point?

I see what your implying, but you'd be wrong. Everyone loves a Beaver, and most men love beavers too, even some women do. :happydance:

I voted for the plane, not anything cajun apparently has on her mind OW OW OW
