Just got an email from courtesy... This one's still for sale. Asking price dropped to 145. They also have a dc3 for 139 which might be cheaper to ownI mean, come on...

No but you can taxi it alone and threaten to run over Law Enforcement with it.
I've seen a few decent T-bones price drop... It's getting hard not to just swipe the ole credit card at this point.
How much do folks think it would take to run one? I suppose maintenance is the biggest unknown... Insurance - 10k year 1? Fuel 45gph x $6? Needs a big hangar, right? Cost of capital is a bit much right now but feels like it could be a buying opportunity!!! Maybe I need to pull the trigger!!!
