I like the conveniently placed "hangar for rent" sign at the tiedown spot.
Current owner is a great guy who has taken fantastic care of that airplane. Anyone who is looking for a TBone should be looking at this one.

I've seen a few decent T-bones price drop... It's getting hard not to just swipe the ole credit card at this point.
How much do folks think it would take to run one? I suppose maintenance is the biggest unknown... Insurance - 10k year 1? Fuel 45gph x $6? Needs a big hangar, right? Cost of capital is a bit much right now but feels like it could be a buying opportunity!!! Maybe I need to pull the trigger!!!
