Prop control was found full forward. Overspeed? Gear box going to direct drive, how could THAT happen? I have no clue.From what I read in the prelim, it sounded as if the prop went through a phase of rapid-onset entropic self-disassembly. Any thoughts on what could cause that?
Prop pitch control failure, blades went to flat pitch and allowed the engine to overspeed to the point of shattering the hub?Any thoughts on what could cause that?
