If teflon is the slickest "coating" on earth, why isn't it used on wings to prevent ice?

Teflon is too soft to withstand erosion by water and other airborne particles. A better material would be an ultra smooth ceramic coating.
 
The base coat will also come apart if the wing flexes. Teflon is VERY stiff.
 
And as it picks up dirt, water will be able to wet the surface again and form ice.
 
Carbon Fiber would be the best, however it is super expensive
