Ended up at the Grand Hyatt near D22.
Stuck because we made the mistake of flying American Airlines. Long story, but the initial "We knew you (and others) were on your way on a delayed flight, but you missed the connection by 2 minutes" wasn't helped by the later lie that "your flight left on time, so you're on your own for a hotel." So now they're going to have to spend a fair amount of time with me on the phone over the next few weeks.
We ate at the hotel restaurant, but I'm not sure I caught the name.

Delayed inbound flight. But they didn't give us that reason. The woman I yelled at last night (and then calmed down and apologized) seemed to do everything she could to help.
Or at least a PBR to calm you down.
