Stan Lee dead

I met him at Oshkosh in 2017. Nice guy. Didn't get to spend much time with him, but I enjoyed that time.
 
He always seemed like he’d be a cool dude to hang with. 95 is a good run.

If I'd never watched "The Big Bang Theory", I would not have known who he was.

His wife passed away last year after 69 years of marriage. That's quite an accomplishment.

Such a cool guy, and a really good speaker at Comicons, etc.

Ha. That was the first I heard his name as well. Then again I was never a big comic book fan.

Same here. It’s not that I didn’t know many of the comic book characters he created, just didn’t ever read comics to know he was the creator.

I could say the same about any number of movies I’ve watched: rarely do I know who wrote or directed it.
