Temporarily Worried

Some time ago, I was on my way in to KSQL, and reported inbound overhead the OSI VORTAC. Tower controller gave me the usual instructions (cross mid-field 1200 feet, report overhead) and then said "and are you aware you are in restricted airspace right now?"
When I landed, I double-checked the NOTAMs again, and sure enough there was a NOTAM... but it was for parachute jumping over Stanford stadium, 1nm radius at 8 nm from the VORTAC. So not "restricted airspace" and also not where I was.
Sure had me nervous for the whole approach and landing though.
