I'll give one hint -- it's in the eastern half of Pennsylvania and it's a public use airport. Hmm. That's two hints, I guess.

In fact, I'll even tell you the runways are 15-33 and 06-24.

Wow thats a tough one. Kinda looks like (O03) Morgantown but that has one less runway and the numbers are wrong. Gimme some more clues.
