Small biopsy, do I need to report on my next medical?

I had an odd cyst on my cheek, I went to a Dermatologist, he removed it and took it for biopsy (no stitches, local anesthesia).

The Dr. office called today to tell me that it was indeed just a cyst, no cancer, everything is good.

Other then self-grounding my self for a few days, do I need to take any actions now, or the next time I need to renew my medical?

Thanks!

Well, the Dr. visit clearly needs to be reported on the application, because all Dr. visits within 3 years need to be reported. Having a note from the Dr. stating that a benign cyst was removed certainly wouldn't hurt, but may not be required. One of the docs here can answer that with certainty.

Agree with Grant, but for a cutaneous cyst, they only very rarely harbor malignancy, so I would report the cyst and be done. The note for the doc does make the AME's life a whole lot easier, though.

Yeah I would say report the visit as required but now that you know it was no big deal make sure you articulate it in such a manner.
