Skype problems

Anyone else having any issues with Skype. For some reason it just stopped working on my laptop.:dunno:

Keep getting a message the when windows figures out whats wrong they will let me know:dunno:

I think its version 5.3

Well...no wonder.

Microsoft just acquired Skype and it's already going down the drain...

Why am I not surprised ?
 
:( If Microsoft had kept its grubby mitts off it, Google would have owned Skype, and I can imagine greatness of a combination of Skype and Google Voice :(
 
I am using MS Communicator on both my Mac and my work PC with a SIP server. It works really well. Skype is not allowed on the corporate computer and if I try to install it the IT Gestapo will pull it off in a day or two.
 
Skype seems to have the best video quality, but Yahoo Messenger has the best functionality. Video calling on the Iphone over the 3G network, with decent resolution.
