All the smart ones do and I believe that most drop zones, especially USPA sanctioned ones, require them for students. They are a FAA requirement for tandems.I thought all skydivers used AAD’s these days?
From the article I read, that was supposed to be a COVID joke.Hard to do relative work while maintaining 6’ separation. I don’t quite see his point.
