skin rash question

Any thoughts on whether any documentation will be needed for a 3rd class medical in which a doctors visit for a skin rash, which has since healed, will be reported? I gather the specific diagnosis should be listed. This doesn't seem like it should be anything to fuss about. But maybe it is, just curious what might come up, if anything.

Always report. If you have an "incident" and an investigation, diagnosis codes that do not fall into your family practice's purview will provoke a much closer look.

The question wording does not allow you do omit at your discretion. Read it again.

Apologies, it would seem I did not word the question well. Didn't mean to imply any consideration of not reporting, just trying to understand when it is necessary to provide supporting documentation to go with a reported condition. If the question is too broad brushed I understand that too. I do appreciate your time in responding.

Unless you were the star in an army training film.
