Well, my son actually bought the 182/180. I gotta sell one or two of mine to help… Just flew it from Oregon to Georgia.

My dad just got the Taylorcraft. On our way home I ferried it a couple legs closer before a mag gave out.

And I’m getting the other Taylorcraft. Some assembly required!833CD8D6-5A56-482A-833B-B2FC8FD810D8.jpeg

None so cool as the T-6 so figured I should start a new thread. Happy @eman1200 ?!!

Starduster Too. Old obscure Lycoming o-435 on the nose. This is a 50 footer at best, it is 40 plus yrs old.

Gent who built it likely had a medical event on takeoff and veered off r/w into a burm. He was unharmed but knocked the gear off and a couple wing panels had to be recovered for minor repairs. Messed up the lower cowl and nose bowl.

I got it flying days before Oshkosh this year. Haven’t been home enough since to get bugs worked out.

But it’s a fundamentally classy plane! The builder flew it in his 70-80s year round out of UPPER MICHIGAN! My ever living hero!
