"No see ums", "red bugs", and "skeeters big enough to set off motion detectors"; all things common in southeast Georgia. But, if you cross that Florida-Georgia line, you just watch out, 'cause those palmetto bugs down there will carry you off into the 'glades and you'll never git heard from again!

Stink bugs, we have them too. Those and lady bugs love log homes with large multi story wall of windows facing the sun.

There was a great product called Cy-kick that was great at killing scorpions , $40 a bottle, spray twice a year and done. Bottle lasted me 3 years

Didn’t have a single scorpion at all in 2020 and 2021 in or outdoor

Seems to be difficult now to get in the US.
