That's the nicest F33 panel I've ever seen.
Thanks man, I appreciate that

Oh man, I wish! All Comanche 250s were in MPH. 171mph is actually very slow. I had just leveled off and took a bunch of pictures real quick because of the sunrise. 181-185 is the norm, so about 160KTS TAS burning 12.5-14gph. This was my trip from Kansas City area to the Annapolis boat show using every bit of the 1200lb useful load.171 knots true? That's fantastic!

This is the last picture of my airplane I have, and this came from Kathryn's Report from February 26 a few weeks ago. This was my first good landing from an engine failure!
Is that a drooped leading edge I see on the wings? Can't tell if that's the light playing tricks. Almost looks like a Sportsman STOL kit from that angle. My old 9200 plus hour trainer.

Love all the pix!
The Beast, The ‘Manche, The Purple People eater (although she hasn’t “eaten” anybody in her 9200hr life), she has as many pet names as our pets at home. View attachment 94908 View attachment 94909
Nice, colojo! Where was your inflight pic taken? Sorta looks like terrain near Ramona.
Foothills of the Rockies near Boulder, CO. I lived in Denver at the time.

Yep, since all placard stuff is in MPH I wanted to keep it all legal. I would prefer KTS but really it’s just a number who’s value doesn’t mean much. I do have Ground Speed setup in knots though. Pretty sure when I asked the shop, they said, “nope, needs to stay what the plane was certified in”. I didn’t take it any further than that. You went with mph on the G5? I had mine installed with kts.

This is from the day I took possession - September, 2016. Since then, I've been updating her every year. New interior, panel, engine. Hoping to make air conditioning the next big thing. A bo with a breadbox.
It's a hat, it's a broach, it's a teradactyl......with a built in cutting board.
Awesome RVHere's my 2010 RV-8. Loads of fun!
