Everything Offends Me
I'm an engaged man. Yeehaw!

So I originally planned to take her to the Crest (Sandia Peak) for gorgeous Albuquerque City Lights views. On the way, she suggests going to the airport to watch planes, because that'd be more romantic.

I love her so much!

At the airport, we watched planes for a bit, I dropped to my knee and promptly forgot everything I wanted to say to her. As soon as I dropped, she started crying, and I somehow mumbled something about loving her and wanting to be with her forever.

She accepted. We went to Double Eagle Airport afterwards and watched some more planes.

:D :D :D

Congratulations Nick

Congrats, Nick!

Sweet! Congrats Nick!

Awesome!! Congrats!!

Ain't it funny how all the stuff you spend hours and hours thinking of to say to her simply exit your mind and all you hear yourself saying is "mumble mumble mumble" and then somehow she replies "Yes" and you feel like the biggest Casanova to ever live. ;)

Watching airplanes with a pretty gal will cause you to do funny things. Congratulations anyways.

Watching airplanes is more romantic??!

Does she have a sister?:D

Congrats!

While watching planes at the airport..... That is TOOOOO kool.:yesnod:

I guess we can coin the phrase " doing the downwind double" :D:nonod:

Congrats to you both.

Congrats! May all work out for you two as it has for us. (36 years and counting). Just remember, after you finally exchange the "I do" stuff, the two most important words for you to remember will be "Yes, dear". :D

Is it like buying a car? Does she get three days to change her mind?

Sounds like an evening well spent.

Congratulations. :)

What's this? Nick at a loss for words? Impossible!

Congratulations to the both of you!

I wonder if Nick's registry will just consist of the plane he wants (or maybe just a tip jar towards it. :D )

Brianna says that is awesome.

Well done. Now just remember the main responsibility of the groom is to show up with matching socks.

Nick ! Congratulations!
Live long (together) and prosper.
Create many little pilot's.
And remember it is a proven thing that married men live longer,--------------so if you want a slow death, get married:rofl::rofl::rofl:

Hey, she got proposed to at the airport, doesn't sound out of the question to me.

We'll certainly have plenty of planes to drop rice/marshmellows/whatever over the ceremony and can ride the hay wagon to Hoppy's. ;)
