Saturday, August 18. Airshow at GBR

Not sure about down MA way, but up here it is supposed to still be raining tomorrow morning. Better weather for the afternoon.
 
I had a great time at the "Bike and Fly" at GBR (Great Barrington, MA) today.
I was the Air Boss for all flight and field ops and managed not to kill or maim anyone and damaged no property.
That's "success" by any standard.
I had a great group of ladies and gents working the wands, pumping fuel, and pushing planes around on some seriously soggy ground. The 121.9 gang. Thanks for all your hard work.
Unfortunately, the rain moved in about 1:30 PM and shut flight ops down, but not the party.

The next show is Sept 8, 9, 10 at the Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome in Rhinebeck, NY.
I think we already have 80 or so pilots signed up.

Cool. Glad it worked out as well as did. Didja get any of them bikers to start thinking about coming on over the flyin side of things?
