Flying weather looks good in the Mid-Atlantic for Saturday. I'm going to lunch at the Altitudes Café at Suffolk VA (KSFQ) at noon.

Mind the jumpers.
 
Last time into Suffolk the drop plane was intimidating,and the food wasn't all that good. Good price on self fuel.

The grilled chicken sandwich was pretty good, and the jump plane was pretty benign, but the "home made potato chips" were pretty poor. And yes, the fuel price was nice.
 
Bummed I missed you. Finally got the Lancair up again, and headed down to First Flight.
 
I think Blue skies grille is still at Hampton roads airport (kpvg). Very decent. You won't regret it. If you're going to the obx, manteo (kmqi) had a crew car the last time I went there and there's plenty of seafood places in the area! I know this comes late, maybe next time.
