They will discount our rooms if we have more than 10 booked and they will reserve a block of rooms for us every year.
Also they have corn hole and shuttle service is provided and they have volley ball and the pool is going to be closed and there is a pilot lodge. She had a lot to say.

The guest service lady called to ask if I was with the fly in. Gave me the discount!

After seeing the AOPA video on the Canards I think Bryan should invite them, APPS that is, to our fly in. After all he has rock star status with the FAA now.

Is anybody planning on Saturday to Monday morning? That’s the best I could do because of wife’s work schedule...

If you show up last minute, and you're not sure where and who everybody is, just ask the front desk to plot the location of guest complaints on a map, draw lines that connect the complaint locations. We'll be at the intersection of the lines.

I tried to warn her a little bit but also asked her to charge ravioli double so who knows.

POAers have been gathering at Gaston's for many moons, and I ain't heard nuttin' about no discount there. In fact, they're happy to rape you a bit on the cancellation policy. Very cool of Rough River to hook us up like that.

Yeah, but it is potentially a big hardship for the hotel if they allow last minute cancellations for the weather. They could get socked in and then see 3/4 or more of their reservations for the weekend cancel with no way to make up for it.

Then maybe they shouldn't have a place with an airstrip and advertise to pilots as a great place to fly into.
