Returning home from Gaston's thread.

Glad to see you all made it home okay!
Wish I could have made it this year, but just couldn't get the leave!
Definitely planning on making it next year, as it was 2 years on and now 2 off!
So...besides any unknown deployments, I will see all of you next year!

Thanks for the kind words. As a younger person, I was impressed with how my Christmas presents were wrapped; now, what's inside is much more important.

I'd give him the bonus points for his service in Vietnam including getting shot while flying helicopters over hostile territory IIRC.
