Anyone here having problems with it? It freezing up every-time I want to create a custom report..

For CPAP reports, I like to use OSCAR or SleepyHead

What Mike said. Download and install OSCAR and print the reports from there.

Make sure to do 2 things: set the report dates for what you want, I think the default is YTD and not ‘previous 12 months’ and also make sure to get into the settings and adjust the compliance setting from 4 hrs (default) to 6 hrs (FAA requirement).

Line Up and Wait
I just pull the memory card out of my machine, take it to a local CPAP provider & they generate a report. I've been doing so for many years.
