You may have noticed a new AD for a wing spar inspection for Piper late model models. The next one to come out is going to require wing spar replacement on Piper aircraft with more than 12,000 hours.
affected models: pa-28-181, pa28R201, pa-34-220T, pa-44-180. piper sb 1413, regards rear spar attatch piont bolt hole (double drilled hole)Link?

Do you have an aero III in that serial range ?For the Arrow III that looks like a fairly narrow range of serial numbers affected: 2844182 thru 2844185
FYI: the AD references the same aircraft serial number list from the SB. So they both should apply or not.If I'm reading it correctly, the AD applies to my Seneca III, but the SB doesn't.

If I'm reading it correctly, the AD applies to my Seneca III, but the SB doesn't.
I'm not sure why they were in such a rush to get this out.
