Hi
I have a special issuance medical for an arrhythmia which requires an annual holter monitor.
This year showed an increased percentage of PVCs and a few NSVT. My electrophysiologist/cardiologist put me on Flecainide. Looks like the FAA allows Flecainide for heart rhythm control if there hasn’t been a recent heart attack. As far as I know I haven’t had a heart attack, when I originally got the SI I had some heart studies done and my cardiologist said there was nothing wrong before he sent me to the electrophysiologist, but what is considered a recent heart attack?
