I received a used Softcomm ATC-4S intercom system as a gift but it did not include an instruction manual. I would like to know how it works and how to set it up (what needs to be plugged in where) and how the PTT situation works. I just don't want to look like an idiot when ATC can hear everything we can say even when I am not holding the PTT button or accidentally press the wrong PTT button and they can hear nothing at all
Their only product I have any experience with is their C-90 active headset which doesn't show on the web site anymore. I've got about 9 years on the set I use and 8 years on the set my wife uses with no problems, so my limited sample says that their quality is good.
