Question on Wingtips

We recently picked up a pair of wingtips with nav lights on both top and bottom. Does anyone know what they fit?

i seem to recall seeing beech bonanzas and barons with that sort of arrangement.

That's a Beech wingtip, likely from either a Travel Air or older Baron. I don't believe any of the single-engine Beeches had the dual nav light arrangement.

Just out of curiosity... might I ask why you picked up a pair of wing tips without knowing what airplane they were from? Are you a collector of wing tips? Or possibly, are you planning to build a Franken-plane?

Just curious, that's all.

Heck, I was wondering what questions we wanted to write on wingtips and whether they could be seen from the ground! Why? Why Not? Things like that!

Jeff tagged it - they're from a BE95 or BE55 (Beech Travel Air or Baron).

Notice how stoutly they are built!
