Pulsing PAR36 landing lights..???

I saw a local guy with wig wags on his 172 in the wing. I chatted with him about his visibility. He said they are Sunspots and have an internal wig/wag Pulse feature. Great idea and neat. Until I went home and looked them up. That’s $1200 in landing/taxi lights. Holy smokes. I’m
Shocked nobody else makes a PAR LED with built in pulse feature like the AeroLed Sunspot. Or do they? What’s the easiest way to do a pulse like that in a Cessna wing light? I really like the visibility of the pulse. I do admit that.

There are several vendors that offer add-on controllers using your existing lights. PulseLites, MaxPulse, etc.
