Quick question and maybe our lawyers on the board can answer. Is the coding for Public Laws always the Congress and then the sequential number of the law?

For example Public Law 109-205 would be the 205th public law of the 109th Congress. This one just happens to be to normalize trade with the Ukraine.

According to some websites, it is illegal to snore in Massachusetts unless all the doors and windows are closed. So I don't even have to wait until I wake up before I break the law.
