I have had excellent support from PS Engineering too. My PM-3000 had an intermittent squeal. After some emails to trouble shoot, I sent it in and paid $100 (It was 12 years old, after all!) They went through it with a fine toothed comb, sent it back quickly, and it works perfectly. Great company to work with.

Sometimes I disconnect the autopilot just to hear that sound and re-engage it. Hahah. And yeah PS Engineering is a top notch company for both quality of products and customer support.
