procedural difference between medicals

I understand the pilot privilege differences between first, second, and third class medical but what are the procedural differences when at the doctor for the exam?

Interesting thought,
I don't remember exactly what I paid last time for my third class medical but I don't think it was more than 150-200 dollars.
How much are you guys paying for second and first class medicals?

Last time I got a 1st class, with EKG, it was 150 bucks.

Biggest difference between 1st class and 3rd class is the turn your head and cough part is much worse for 1st class....

Just did 3rd class medical today. $120. Passed @age 79

The 2nd class was and extra $50 and included a harder depth perception test and the old inguinal hernia check, IIRC.

wasn’t much different procedure than the 3rds I have had in past.

1st class includes the rubber glove service. Well worth the upgrade IMHO.

Been there done that , but the "rubber" was a glove . She had long skinny fingers and no rings. :>)
