Does anyone have any experience with the FAA for a first class medical with PrEP?

I see the requirements here. But know that sometimes there are "extra" requirements that aren't published. Is this really all it is for PrEP, or are there a lot of extras?

What if I start taking PrEP between medicals. Do I need to self-ground until a subsequent medical?

One follow up too. Do I even have to report if I use it intermittently? E.g., once or twice a year for a few weeks at a time?

You have to show you’re sero negative. If so PrEP is a nonissue.

I'm not a doctor nor a lawyer, but Truvada is an FDA approved drug for PrEP and its use is not an issue for the FAA. I can't imagine it being a problem.
