I use EWP aircraft services, based at C35. Good guy, honest, picky, priced reasonable. Won't be afraid to tell you to walk if he finds a deal breaker.

Around what city? Central WI is a pretty broad area, especially if you're footing the bill for them to drive 2+ hours each way..
