I need this. I need sex/porn addiction therapy and me and my wife need couple counseling. But I don’t want to put my medical at risk. What are the pitfalls in need to be aware of.

Well… I know a guy who is in HIMS for this… Naturally his company paid off a doc to muster up alcohol use disorder diagnosis because sex addiction isn’t a thing anymore.
So your medical really isn’t in jeopardy. But your gonna have to quit drinking.

So long as no meds are involved in the prior 2 years, and the diagnosis listed isn't major derpessive disorder, and is Couples therapy, this isn't endangering. However there is no fast track for "sex addiction" listed....
