Hey hey, I had an idea and thought I would see how it works. I want to poll y'all on a new headset design.

I've attached 3 images of concept designs that I came up with. The numbers can be anything the customer wants, and the colors too. I would like to know which, if any, you like the best. Also, share any details about your opinion as well.

You're the best!

Links are now broke. Suggest you use imgur.

Pics show up perfectly in all browsers. Maybe you're using a tablet or mobile device with Tapatalk and aren't able to show cached image links?

If that's the case, you should be able to view them HERE

Not in Safari on my mac. And in Firefox I don't even see the links. I think whatever the links are you have access from your system and the rest of us don't.

Others are able to see all the images. It appears to be a specific issue in abnormal situations.

I'm curious to know what is causing the issue on an iOS device and mac based browser.

Being a Mooney owner, I prefer the solid color and the Phoenix in the middle. Can you do a dark background with a white or lighter color bird?

Are these covers for a headset or painted on? How does it get applied and to what headsets?

I can do any color background and bird. Hand painted on every headset, and they are our headsets, made right here in Texas. I'm thinking I want to laser the bird like I did the Piper stuff I did but haven't made up my mind. It will either be masked and laid down or lasered out.

I can do almost any headset, except for those A20's... Well I can, but choose not to for several reasons, including knowing how they're really made.

Win7x64 Using Firefox, no images.

Firefox is probably an opensource protection thing. Hmm, I want to try something. For those of you who cannot see the images in the first post, look below.

I moved them into a public host, but with the same access protection and I want to see if they show here with standard "jpg" suffixes:

[Edit: Images should show correctly above now. If not press the F5 key]

Oooh, now this is a puzzle. I've been seeing other places where people are able to see breadcrumb image files but then when returning the cached links break. As they are not dynamic, I wonder wtf is causing that weird behavior? When I refreshed the page and cleared the cache, the links broke for me as well. Bizarrro.

Well, anyways, if you guys can see the second post with the images, I will replace them in the original post. I want to verify first.

Sorry it was a PITA for some of you. :dunno:

Links inop in original post; can see the (beautiful) pictures in latter post.

Thanks! Weird stuff. Sorry about that. Links fixed in original post. Just hit F5 and they should show properly now. :)

Yep. I can see them now. I suspect it was what Jesse said. (He might have inside information...)

I voted for 1 but it's close between 1 & 2 for my money. Or mooney. If I had one...

I like the 1st and 3rd pictures the best. All look really sharp.

Do you do any Piper themed headsets? I saw the cub ones on your website, but didn't know if you did anything for the rest of the Piper line.

Thanks!

I've only done the yellow cub and the beige & dark red super cub designs so far, but I can do any design. I just haven't had time or a real demand for other designs yet.

I like the bottom best of the choices, but would like to see the solid cup with small logo as in the bottom.

I like the first one best. If you're going to bother with a logo, might as well go large. Number 2 is just too plain for me. How much would it be to customize a Lightspeed Zulu?

For something like the first design, it would run you $185.00. We completely disassemble your headset, customize it, reassemble and test it. PM me your email address, and I'll shoot you the details and instructions. :)
