#10 seems to be doing well in the votes for Chancellornew smiley. After its victory, it's going to head over to the PB and have them vote in a plebiscite on merging. PoA needs more server space breathing room. The head moderator over on the red board has agreed to travel for a meeting to discuss the PoA's needs and come to an accommodation to appease the expansionist PoA.
