Wow.

I can certainly see why criminal charges were filed.

I wonder what is happening on the civil/administrative side to "D.A.", the 135 certificate holder who (to me at least) didn't exercise appropriate oversight of their subordinate operation? I'd have expected some sort of audit/review process to find the falsified documents in the flight dispatches.

Tankering fuel FROM Teterboro. Not only are these guys (allegedly) criminal, they can't add....

Interesting. I wonder if these folks would've ever been caught if not for the accident.

I also want to point out that tankering is a common practice and not dangerous. Of course you need to stay within the limits of the weight and balance.
