According to the pilot, N975AR has the smaller Williams F-33 and BEW is just over 3,000 lbs. These differ from the data listed on the link you provided. Also, they are planning on a few mods which include a larger engine.

I thought it interesting that the prop and the jet have the same wing. At least it appears that way. However, I guess the VLJ concept demands a change in perception of what constitutes a jet aircraft.

What is the stall speed on something like that? I'm just not sold on the concept of single-engine (I don't care if it is a super reliable jet) aircraft with high stall speeds.
