Plane crash video in Australia

I know we'll never know what the pilot was thinking, but why did he/she continue to turn when there was so much water straight ahead? If nothing else, the video can serve as a teaching tool for seeing what a stall/spin looks like at low altitudes.
 
Wth? Was that even a stall or just losing altitude with too much bank and not enough airspeed.
 
They started getting a strong tailwind about the time they started loading the wing. The pilot appeared to have full right aileron input, neutral rudder and neutral elevator just before impacting the water. I enjoy practicing slow flight and stalls, that rudder can do amazing things when one gets slow.

Possible, but it looked like it was performing in front of a crowd and descending as it initiated the turn so presumably both engines throttled back. I think VMC possible, but not probable. I think the moral of the story, like so many others just like it, is "keep the nose down"...

I am guessing that earlier on he may have been using opposite rudder in the steep bank to hold (altitude) the nose up.
 
I was right around the corner. The park and the entire river bank was LOADED with partiers. I have a few friends who saw it, but they said the video pretty much shows it all. 2 planes were flying - 1st made a touch & go... you know the story on the 2nd. In that 2nd video, it looks like the whole plane "settled" just before that left wing stopped flying.
 
In video # 2 it's pretty clear you can see the Plane sink badly 1/2 way through the 180, I think he was just too slow for that bank angle, stalled, then dropped the inside wing.

Hmm. Maybe. It didn't seem to drop the inside wing suddenly like a stall/spin. It did start pitching down and I thought I could see it yawning a little in a skidding direction.

It's a pretty big airplane. Not exactly gonna snap roll into a spin.

I was trying to see the ailerons and rudder but couldn't pick them out. Don't know much about that airplane, but trying to "aileron" out of a spin, or impending spin instead of opposite rudder is usually a no-no. Neutralze the ailerons, break the stall and opposite rudder is what's called for in a lot of airplanes.
 
Looked like a stall to me due to the steep turn and slow airspeed.

Checking protection will do nothing... once it's in, your protection probably thinks it's OK. In fact, assuming your "protection" actually protects you is a big problem. At this point in time, every antivirus product does very little to protect you. It's because the target has changed from your computer (browser, etc) to YOU. If YOU click on something (pop-up, email link, etc), your antivirus program has to abide by your actions. If you clicked on it, it must be OK. 99% of your protection is between your ears. Be super careful what your click on. If you feel like you've stepped in a pile of Internet poo, run something like Malwarebytes that specializes in cleaning up the mess afterwards.

The original link posted may have a minor chance of affecting people, if they follow link and click into other "MyWay" links, it's likely you'll eventually get pop-ups of links that could lead you into an opportunity to get infected.
