I hope you don't mind Gary, but for the sake of readability, I tinkered with the contrast a little and rotated the image. My old eyes need all the help they can get. :)

One of my fellow QPA (Quakertown Pilots Assoc.) members was doing some renovation of an old house. Underneath the linoleum in the kitchen, he found the newspaper. It is from the Louisville Courier Journal. There is no date on the paper, but the copyright is 1928. Guess Mr. Lindbergh was concerned about all these irresponsible pilots flying about willy-nilly endangering the public and setting a bad example! :D

I particularly liked the last four paragraphs where Mr. Lindbergh speakes to the public perception of flying and the need for uniform regulation and the need for pilots to "police" themselves.
