I have no issues with sport pilot, to be honest, it will cover 95% of the flying I want to do. Now of the PBOR passes, I will be looking for a family hauler and my PPL.Congrats ,it may be sport pilot, but your still a flying pilot.
I have been training for a while. Started in 2007, going for PPL, then strangly had some health issues and instead of going for a SI, stopped training. Now training again sport pilot, have about 30 hours between 2007 and now, should solo next week. My flight school requires students to fly with the owner before soloing, I have been trying to schedule it with him.

Not the biggest deal, but I really have no one to tell, passed my written today. Sport pilot, so not as tough as other tests.

Actually I was issued a Medical while I was healthy. Just let it expire. So, you never applied for the medical? Good thing, I don't think you can get SP if you had a denial.
I am training in a 162 skycatcher. I took a ride in a Sling 2 after Oshkosh and really fell in love with the airplane. Still trying to figure out how to afford to build one!One step closer. Congrats! What are you training in?
I trained for a PPL, but often prefer to fly one of the Evektor SportStars.
