Part 61 requirements

I am about to finish up my commercial multi engine initial part 141.
I have 140 tt with 40 sim hours in a approved sim.

I want to do my single add-on part 61

Since I will already have my commercial certificate, do i need to meet the 250tt that is required in part 61 for my single add?
