Hello fellow aviators! I have been selected to interview for my airline's pilot pathway program soon. What specific questions can I expect? What are they probing me to figue out about me? How should I behave? I am a kind of a tomboy-ish woman that has no problem taking control and being a leader. I want to come off as confident, as I am, but still feminine...which I also am lol. Also, how should I dress? A pant-suit or a dress?

I can only suggest one answer to your questions... don't wear a dress. You should appear as you would for your first assignment.

Be yourself. Don't be overbearing. One thing they look for is, can you work in a crew environment. Can you be assertive without being aggressive or intimidating. Can you be standardized. You will work with many different people, standardization is important. Are you stable! After many years of work pressure, will you still be sane?

Love the username
Be yourself, that is being confident in itself, with a touch of being humble and ready to learn
Good luck in the interviews!
