In most bolted applications in light airplanes, the fit is a bit loose. The proper bolt/nut torque creates friction between the components and the parts don't shift under normal loads.Apparently eyeballs "looks round" is fine. Hole limits and bolt size is far from an interference fit despite being a shear loaded joint.
