Level 3000' at 2400 rpm, full rich. Probes? Induction? What does "normal" look like?

Location of probes, maybe? They have to be the same distance from the exhaust ports and should be in roughly the same clock position on the risers.
 
All channels read the OAT before start, and the probes claim to be ok:

For the most part, the absolute value of the individual cylinders' EGT is not important unlike CHT where the absolute value is important. What you're looking for with EGT is when the first cylinder hits its peak value, whatever it happens to be. The O-200 is not known for its uniform distribution of mixture to each cylinder, hence the non-uniform spread.
