The Firebird I was capable of hitting an absurdly-fast-for-the-time 230mph while shooting flames of expended rocket fuel out the afterburners at the back of the car at a temperature of around 1250 degrees Fahrenheit. No telling why this puppy never made it on to American highways.

A DMV insider has disclosed to me that the DMV has made a formal request to a federal agency to rule if my Beetle constitutes a threat to national security based on what could happen if it got into the wrong hands.

The DMV strikes again. Kinda makes me wonder, what a high speed chase would look like.
