Do you think you are a "normal" or "crazy" person or in-between? Use your own definitions of the terms please.

David

Why self-apply a label? Get to know me, apply the label to me yourself.

Kind of reminds me of when I was interviewing a fellow with a drinking problem some years ago when I was doing some volunteer work. I was asking him some standard screening questions to help determine whether he was a candidate for detox.

When I got to the one where I asked if he'd had any hallucinations, he paused, shrugged, and asked, "How would I know?"

I guess you had to be there...

We are all crazy....just to different people...of that I am sure.

Rich just reminded me of something I heard on the radio Saturday after the ballgame was over: I live in a drinking town with a football problem.

Normal vs. crazy is king of like judging beauty (beautiful, ugly or in between)--it's all in the eye of the beholder. What's normal in one place is bat **** crazy in another, but the behavior is the same.

So I'd have to say that I'm in between.

I fake normal really well.
I may be nodding and making suggestions for the team in the status meeting but if people knew what was in my head...

I suspect that is everybody though.

Naw, jus' the crazy ones...

It's the normal ones who freak me out.

Sometimes I think I'm the only normal person left.

I'm normal, of course. Why do you ask?

I consider myself normal. Most people I know are normal too. I tend to shun those who I detect as crazy... from just slightly to full blown batsh!t.

I think I am normal but everyone else thinks I am insane?? Just because I fly airplanes upside down, drive cars with 2000 plus hp down the track and ride motorcycles over 200 mph doesn't make me crazy does it?

Nothing crazy about being a thrillseeker as long as you do it in a conscientious and calculated manner.

"Igor, who's brain was this?"

"Normal something, yes Abby Normal"

You tell me...

That looks exactly like the pelt of a rabid, adult male raccoon which has been mashed flat by a 2002 Peterbilt 379 pulling a quad axle Wilson livestock trailer somewhere between mile markers 151 and 173 on I-90 in southern Montana.

Mark

What is normal? Who's definition of normal are we using,if you fly a small airplane ,you can't be normal.

Mark, you passed the test! But we are not sure what that really means though. :)

Pigpen, do you skydive to? That is missing from your list.

I see a term life insurance policy...

Yeah, and for me add free flight and a new penchant for acting and other live performances....

Normal on the outside, not quite right on the inside.

Most of you have FAA medicals. Medical certificates protect us from crazy.

I don't have a medical...

I'll spend lots of $$ and time to shoot some food in the woods vs going to the local butcher.

I'll spend lots of $$ and countless hours all summer tending a garden to yield enough peas and tomatoes for maybe 3 meals.

We have more $$ in airplanes than in our house.

Check, check, and check. Perfectly normal.

The advantage to being crazy is I can pretend to be normal. Normal people can NEVER pretend to be crazy.

Normal people scare me.

Normal people bore me.
