Winds 090 degrees @ 38 MPH sustained, Gusts to 50 MPH. Tonight & tomorrow snow and high winds = blizzard conditions.

It might be a good day for seeing if you can fly backwards. :ihih: Getting to the hanger might be a trick without wing walkers, better to stay home I guess. Dang it, I really need to practice my TG landings, they have been bouncy lately. I have haven't greased one since I installed the new Catto prop.

With wind like that, just land the plane on the ramp in front of your hangar, no need for walkers then :D

Funny you should say that. I was in an ultralight one time, very windy. I taxied up to the hangers and I could not get out of the plane. :eek:Rocking, rolling, I needed to hang onto the stick for fear the plane would beat itself to death. I had to start it up, taxi to the ramp, shut down, put gust locks on, and pull it to the hanger. Crazy NE wind.:mad3:

Whoa. Right now we have 40MPH sustained winds, gusts to 50. Hanger flying only today!

It's not as bad as those stated but it sure made my student's ILS approach a bumpy ride this morning.
