Nipple Shock!

I think the case will have to be thrown out. The plaitiff ascerts that permanent brain damage occurred as a result of the electrical shock from putting clamps on his nipples. There is no way to prove that as I think any reasonable person would conclude that there had to be brain damage to even think of putting electrical clamps on your nipples!!!

I know exactly what ol' Mr. Languil (my Shop and Mech Drawing teacher in HS) would have to say about this.:
"If I have to warn some kid not to attach a live 120V line to his nipples because it might hurt him, he should probably be in the Special Ed class!"

Naw this is proof that Darwin was right. Making this idiot stupider will make it less likely he will reproduce.

Squirrels are the proof that Darwin was wrong.

You see them killed in the road all the time. The ability to cross the cross safely should become dominant because the squirrels that posses that trait will breed more often and have more offspring. That there has not been any change in squirrel roadkill rates is the proof that evolution is false. :thumbsup:

Good point. But the counter-argument would be that rodents are K-Strategists.

I wonder if the squirrels secretly know that they're K-Strategists, and that's why they're not more careful...

Well, walking around with the pants down to the crack of his buttocks, pretty much tells the story of his intellectual capacity...
It is a shame the teacher is blamed for absolute stupidity by three students operating behind his back, but like the military, in a classroom the buck stops with the teacher...
Both the teacher and the schools system are liable for allowing a lethal shock device to be in a classroom in the first place - there is just no legal defense for that...
The scumbag 1-800 lawyer the family hired will absolutely win money in court - more an indictment of our society than of the teacher...
